Ralph “Dizzy” Diseviscourt (Luxembourg) finished in fourth today to become the first racer from Luxembourg to finish RAAM. He arrived in Annapolis 10 days, 18 hours and 19 minutes after departing from Oceanside for an average speed of 11.88 mph.
After receiving his finisher’s medal and being interviewed on the finish stage by the “Voice of RAAM” George Thomas, Dizzy spotted the hammock that RAAM assistant race director Amanda Knutsen has hung at the edge of City Dock. He didn’t appear to plan on getting out thee hammock any time soon.
