Boulder, CO – For 35 years The Race Across America has been the most well-known international cycling race attracting racers from around the world. In 2016, RAAM will welcome 300 athletes from 20 countries.

With so much diversity, a partnership with Niteo Tours seemed to be the perfect fit.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the Race Across America for 2016. As an international travel company, we want our guests to experience out-of-the way regional treasures, explore the local culture of an area and embrace the people, places and cuisine, all while knowing that Niteo Tours is giving back to local and overseas communities,” commented Niteo Tour’s owner Kjell Garborg.

Niteo Tour destinations include Italy, Guatemala, Thailand, Vietnam and will soon include Croatia & Slovenia. The guides are either native to the area or have cultivated close relationships with those from the local culture, making it a true and authentic experience.

RAAM President/CEO, Fred Boethling, explained, “We believe sport is the most effective tool for bringing people together. Ultra-bicycle racing is a global sport. Fans from 120 countries follow RAAM. Niteo - a global tour company - is a perfect fit.”

The Race Across America departs from Oceanside, California on June 14th and will take place over a two-week period ending in Annapolis, Maryland.
